If you’re using one of our pre-paid Returns Labels via Royal Mail or EVRi, a £4.75 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the cost of the return. You are more than welcome to return the parcel to us via your own means, however we recommend opting for a Tracked method of postage when doing so, just for your peace of mind.
