As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you via email and carry out all necessary actions. Please note whilst we strive to process all returns as quickly as possible on arrival, this could take up to 10 working days.
Returns are processed in date order and so there is no way to locate or identify an individual return until this is processed by the Returns Team and scanned into the system. Once the return is processed and refund issued, you will be notified by email directly from our Returns Team.
