All items are scanned as they are placed into our parcel bags to prevent errors, but in rare instances sometimes parcels can be damaged during transit causing rips or tears. If you believe you have received an incomplete order with item(s) missing, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team, quoting your full name, order number and photos of your parcel and the item(s) you have received when doing so - and they will be more than happy to assist further.
