Busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday can cause postal delays due to the couriers handling a high volume of mail, however please be rest assured that your order will be making its way to you (and it’s completely worth the wait!)
Sometimes the tracking link can be displayed as ‘Sender preparing item’ (Royal Mail) or ‘We’re expecting it’ (EVRi). EU / Rest of the World - Sometimes tracking links can stall as your parcel is progressing through the postal network. This is especially common with International shipping as parcel scans can be quite limited, however please don’t worry. It’s likely that your parcel is awaiting to clear customs and will soon be back on the move!
