We offer a few different options when it comes to colour matching.
We have a brand NEW Live Video service whereby you can chat in real time with one of our Colour Match Experts, and receive an instant colour recommendation without waiting for a response via email.
Alternatively, we offer our standard Colour Match Service via our e-mail, WhatsApp and Instagram platforms; simply send in a few images of your hair taken in natural daylight to do this. We aim to respond to all colour match requests as quickly as possible, however at peak times this may take longer.
Please only contact us via one platform (Live Video, e-mail, WhatsApp, Instagram etc) - as sending in multiple colour match requests may push back our response time or result in different shade recommendations.
