To achieve the most accurate colour match, send in a few photos which display your hair in natural daylight (outdoors is best). Make sure that the photos portray the full length of your hair and are a back or side view if you’re wanting to purchase Clip-Ins, or your hair is worn up if you’re opting for one of our Ponytails.
Please also refrain from using any photo editing apps or filters on your photos - we want to see your real hair colour! If receiving a Colour Match Consultation via our Video Call service, please ensure that you have a high-speed and stable Wi-Fi internet connection, camera and microphone output, and you are next to a clean, white background (near to a window for the best results).
